James Mc Sporran

James is a Leadership Development Consultant who has been coaching & facilitating across all leadership levels for 15 years. He shares the most useful ideas from psychology and executive education that help develop leaders and their teams. Through his consultancy, McSporran Leadership Development, he regularly works with executive leadership teams & creative industry experts to deliver consultancy, workshops, keynotes & 1:1 coaching. Clients include BP, Nestle, Barclays, NHS, RBS, Sellafield, Grant Thornton, Caffè Nero, Alvarez & Marsal and Henderson Group. His session will give an insight to some of the psychology behind commitment & retention and how to develop talent. You will leave with practical tools to equip you to have better quality conversations that help you to keep team members feeling motivated, challenged and connected to the wider organisation.

Patrick Gallen

Patrick is the Partner leading Grant Thornton’s People and Change Consulting practice in Ireland. He has over 30 years of experience in People and Change, working right across Ireland, the UK and on a global basis. He specialises in delivering behavioural change through capability building, which can range from working on complex transformation projects right through to mentoring and coaching senior Board members on a one-to-one basis. He has written widely in the press on HR, Leadership and Change issues; and spoken at conferences and events across the UK and Ireland. Patrick is a chartered accountant by profession and is a past Chair of the Ulster Society of Chartered Accountants.

Sarah Orange

Sarah is the founder and Managing Director of Artemis Human Capital and oversees both the Executive Search and Professional Recruitment divisions. Sarah specialises in private sector C-Suite appointments within scaling businesses and has a particular interest and expertise in Private Equity and Venture Capital back businesses or those wishing to embark on fund raising. This is due, in part, to her focus on succession planning and growth strategies.
Sarah works across the UK and the island of Ireland on retained appointments.
With an educational background in Psychology, Sarah places a huge emphasis on the grey area of cultural fit. An accredited user of personality profiling instruments and an associate member of the British Psychological Society, Sarah is uniquely placed to assist with business-critical assignments where ‘fit’ is paramount.
