He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, outsourcing, business operations, and sales operations, working with diverse and cross-functional teams delivering value for Microsoft and its partners. A key focus area for Daragh is enabling innovation, growth, and transformation in Revenue Operations leveraging AI. Daragh trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and has a Degree and Masters in Accounting from DCU.

Eamon Moore

Chairman, Hikari

A technology entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in industry, Eamon has led a number of technology companies throughout this career. As the founder and CEO of business productivity and technology firm EMIT, he oversaw its growth into one of Ireland’s foremost providers of Managed Services and Cloud Solutions, earning recognition as leaders in this space in the form of Global Partner of the Year awards from Dell and Microsoft. His latest venture is Hikari, a Microsoft strategic partner delivering Business Intelligence, Process Innovation & Automation and Low Code Business Apps to businesses & Microsoft partners across Europe and North America. Eamon holds a degree in Computers Applications from Dublin City University and a Diploma in Cloud Strategy from the Irish Management Institute & University College Cork.

Eoin Butler

Currently Head of the Digital Finance CoE at Glanbia. Over 15 years experience in SAP solution design, team development and project delivery, with particular experience in the SAP ECC / HANA Finance & Controlling modules, Blackline, Concur & SAP ADD-ons (Meridian, Serrala, BEST).  Member of Glanbia Steering Committee for recent successful brownfield SAP S/4 HANA migration.

Brian Flannery, FCA

CFO, Cullen Cleaning Services

Brian is an experienced CFO currently with international commercial contract cleaning services provider, Cullen Cleaning Services. This business services well-known international Retail, Hospitality and Office sector brands across Europe. Brian has held a number of CFO positions with international businesses including Kingspan where he spent 9 years including a posting to Poland with its Environmental Division. Prior to becoming a CFO, Brian spent 10 years working in Corporate Finance initially in practice advising clients on corporate acquisitions and latterly managing acquisitions on behalf of Kingspan. He has recently led the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system in his company and will share his learnings on this Digital Transformation journey.

She has led the go to market approach leaning on 20 years of experience in the accounting sector to ensure market fit and client value is achieved. Having held a global role for over 5 years, she comprehends the shared and opposing needs of all markets, particularly the UK and Ireland.

Dan Daly

Having started out in accountancy, back in 2004, Dan became a qualified accountant whilst working for Spofforths LLP, a regional practice in Sussex which later merged with Kreston Reeves and subsequently became a top 30 UK accountancy firm. Having worked in accountancy practice himself for over 16 years, he is familiar with the challenges faced in scaling advisory and is using those experiences to support our partners moving forwards.

Russell Gammon

Chief Solution Officer, Tax Systems

Russell has worked in the field of Tax Technology for 15 years, having started his graduate career at Deloitte in 2008. Since then, he has gained 10 years of “Big 4” experience, spent some time at a start-up and has been with Tax Systems since May 2020 in the roles of Chief Innovation Officer and most recently Chief Solutions Officer. Russell is passionate about building products that improve users’ experiences, whilst ensuring that they meet the high-quality Tax Systems is known for. More recently, Russell has been leading the charge in the exploration of using generative AI in the tax industry.

Professor Kevin R. Powers, J.D.

Founder & Director Cybersecurity Graduate Programs, Boston College

Kevin Powers is the Founder and Director of the Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy and Governance Programs at Boston College, and an Assistant Professor of the Practice at Boston College Law School and in Boston College’s Carroll School of Management’s Business Law and Society Department. Along with his teaching at Boston College, Kevin is a Cybersecurity Research Affiliate at the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Lecturer for MIT Sloan’s Executive Education Program – “Cybersecurity Governance for the Board of Directors.” He has also taught courses at the U.S. Naval Academy, where he was the Deputy General Counsel to the Superintendent.

With more than 25 years of combined cybersecurity, data privacy, business, law enforcement, military, national security, higher education, and teaching experience, Kevin has worked as an analyst and an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Navy, U.S. Department of Defense, and law firms in Boston and Washington, D.C., as well as the general counsel for an international software company based in Seattle, Washington. Kevin also is an expert witness and consultant with the Analysis Group and serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Boston College High School, a Director for the Board of Reading Cooperative Bank, and a Cybersecurity Advisor for HYCU, Inc. (Backed by Bain Capital Ventures) and CyberSaint Security.
