Rosemary Keogh is CEO of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Rosemary joined the Institute from the Houses of the Oireachtas where she held the role of Assistant Secretary General – Corporate and Members’ Services. Prior to that, she was CEO of the Irish Wheelchair Association. Rosemary has significant experience working in business in a range of industries at Irish and European level. She also served for five years as a Board Member & Chair of Finance, Audit, Risk & Governance Subcommittee of the Charities Regulator, and a further five years as Chairperson of the National Disability Services Association. Rosemary is a Fellow of ACCA and holds an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from DCU.

As a Chartered Accountant with a background in Finegan Gibson and Grant Thornton, Conor has a wide range of experience from accounts preparation, audit, tax and financial reporting. Conor’s unique experience between Computing and Accountancy uniquely places him to advice clients and support them on their digital transformation journey. Conor holds a BSc in Computing and Information Technology from Queens University Belfast.

Michelle Garrigan

Michelle is a recognised leader in the cybersecurity industry, specializing in cyber threat intelligence, malware defence, network defence, and application monitoring. With extensive experience leading cybersecurity teams, Michelle is the Dublin site lead for Global Information Security (GIS) and leads the Cyber Threat Defense team in EMEA. In her current role, Michelle drives strategic initiatives to safeguard critical infrastructure and sensitive data, leveraging deep expertise in threat detection, response, and mitigation. Michelle originally joined Bank of America in 2019 as the Country Information Security Officer with responsibility for Information Security risk management in Ireland and the European entity, BofA Europe DAC. In her professional capacity, Michelle is a committee member of the EMEA Threat Intelligence Community.An advocate for advancing cybersecurity practices, Michelle actively contributes to the global security community through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and collaboration with industry peers. Her work combines technical excellence with a strong focus on building and mentoring high-performing teams. Michelle’s passion for cybersecurity extends beyond her professional responsibilities. She serves as a committee member of the Irish Information Security Forum, mentors aspiring professionals, and volunteers for initiatives that inspire young talent in technology. She is an advocate for collaboration, continuous learning, and fostering an inclusive security culture across the industry.

Andrew May
CFO, Chief Finance and Commercial Officer, Cricket Ireland
Andrew May ACMA, CGMA is a senior finance and commercial leader specialising in the application of technology and data to modern finance functions. As Chief Financial & Commercial Officer at Cricket Ireland, he leads finance, governance, and commercial strategy while driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance insight, control, and revenue generation.
Andrew has held senior leadership roles across DHL in the UK and Europe, delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes, implementing enterprise systems, and using technology to improve decision-making and performance. He is also a Director of the European T20 Premier League, working with international investors on scalable, technology-enabled business models.
