Keven Empey – Kevin Empey is founder and Managing Director of WorkMatters, a specialist firm set up to support business leaders with the changing world of work. With a background in technology and business development, Kevin developed an international career in people consulting and leadership development working across a wide range of organizations, sectors and geographies. Before establishing WorkMatters in 2017, he founded and led several start-up companies and was a Partner and Director in Willis Towers Watson where he led the firms HR and Talent consulting business in Ireland and also established the firm’s ‘Future of Work’ offering in Ireland. Author of the upcoming book Thrive In the Future of Work, Kevin has won several national and international awards for his work in the areas of employment policy, social entrepreneurship, and future of work research.

Cróna Clohisey – Cróna Clohisey is the Public Policy Leader Chartered Accountants Ireland and is a Chartered Accountant and Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. Cróna has spent over 10 years working in both KPMG and Grant Thornton and now researches public policy issues with a particular focus on Brexit.
