Joe has worked for Chartered Accountants Ireland over 15 years is currently Head of Professional Development. He graduated from UCD with a BA Hons in Medieval and Modern History Diploma and subsequently continued his education completing a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Irish Management Institute, a MSc Education Leadership from Dublin City University, a Certificate in Adult Guidance and Counselling, Maynooth University and a HDip Education Studies, University College Dublin and a Certificate in Technology Risk and Data Incident Management.

Adam Harris
Founder and CEO, AsIAm
Adam is the Founder and CEO of AsIAm, Ireland’s Autism Charity. Adam was appointed to the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission in July 2020 and served as a Executive Council Member for Autism Europe. He is a Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Awardee and has sat on and advised many government consultative and policy committees on disability rights and inclusion, which have helped shape national policies for a more inclusive society.

Jared Browne
Fexco Group, Head of Privacy & AI Governance
Jared Browne is the Global Head of Privacy and AI Governance for the Fexco Group. Originally a philosophy graduate, Jared is a qualified lawyer, holds a master’s degree in Privacy & Technology Law, and is a recognised, international speaker on AI and AI governance. Jared is a member of the EU AI Office’s GPAI Code of Practice working group in Brussels. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Confederation of European Data Protection Organisations (CEDPO) and is also the Chair of CEDPO’s AI Working Group in Brussels. Furthermore, Jared is a former member of the AI & ML Working Group of a major international think tank, the Future of Privacy Forum in Washington DC. Dympna Cassidy
Financial Reporting Advisory Team, Deloitte
Dympna is a director working in the Financial Reporting Advisory team in Deloitte Ireland LLP. She has a BA in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and is a Chartered Accountant. She has 12 years’ experience in practice including time in audit and accounting advisory and significant experience in respect of International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union (“IFRS”), the suite of Irish GAAP frameworks (including FRS 101 and FRS 102) and U.S GAAP. Dympna has been part of the Financial Reporting Advisory team in Deloitte for the past number of years and has worked on clients in a wide variety of industries supporting them with their technical accounting needs.

John Darby
Senior Legal Counsel, PM Group
John, BCL, is a Senior Legal Counsel with PM Group, John is a frequent speaker in the areas of corporate and company law and lecturer on the Law Society’s Professional Course on Business Law and its diploma courses on Company Law and Corporate Governance. Has practised in-house with Diageo plc, Bord Gais Eireann and the Coca-Cola Company. John’s main areas of practise are corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has advised numerous domestic and international clients in a wide variety of business sectors, including project management, media, motor distribution, telecommunications and food and agri.

Morna Ahern
Owner, Brass Tax Consultancy
Brass Tax Consultancy is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Consultant, and Lecturer in Taxation at TUS. Morna is the owner of Brass Tax Consultancy, a boutique tax advisory firm based in the Mid-West and is a Member of Mid-West Society for Chartered Accountants Ireland.
