Sinead is a Law graduate and Fellow Chartered Accountant who has enjoyed a diverse career spanning varied Finance, Recruitment and Consulting positions. In her current role with Chartered Accountants Ireland, she showcases the Chartered Accountancy profession, supports career and professional development journeys along with working with employers to implement relevant training and learning solutions to support talent management. Sinead was noted in Northern Ireland’s ‘Top 40 under 40’ and ‘Top 20 Inspiring Women’ listings and was also recognised for her ‘Services to Accounting and Finance’ in the Northern Ireland Women’s Awards. She is a past winner of Chartered Accountants Ireland ‘Chartered Star’ competition.

Jared Browne

Fexco Group Head of Privacy & AI Governance

Jared Browne is the Global Head of Privacy and AI Governance for the Fexco Group. Originally a philosophy graduate, Jared is a qualified lawyer, holds a master’s degree in Privacy & Technology Law, and is a recognised, international speaker on AI and AI governance. Jared is a member of the EU AI Office’s GPAI Code of Practice working group in Brussels. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Confederation of European Data Protection Organisations (CEDPO) and is also the Chair of CEDPO’s AI Working Group in Brussels. Furthermore, Jared is a former member of the AI & ML Working Group of a major international think tank, the Future of Privacy Forum in Washington DC. Autism NI

Autism NI is Northern Ireland’s main Autism Charity. We support autistic people and their families and campaign for autism acceptance within society.
As Director of Development, Christine Kearney works to improve autism acceptance, inclusion and accessibility across Northern Ireland. This includes within the health and education sector, public services and private sector. Christine manages the development and facilitation of accredited training courses and the Autism Impact Award Programme, which supports organisations to demonstrate their accessibility and inclusion.

Dympna Cassidy

Manager, Financial Reporting Advisory, Deloitte

Dympna is a director working in the Financial Reporting Advisory team in Deloitte Ireland LLP. She has a BA in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and is a Chartered Accountant. She has 12 years’ experience in practice including time in audit and accounting advisory and significant experience in respect of International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union (“IFRS”), the suite of Irish GAAP frameworks (including FRS 101 and FRS 102) and U.S GAAP. Dympna has been part of the Financial Reporting Advisory team in Deloitte for the past number of years and has worked on clients in a wide variety of industries supporting them with their technical accounting needs.

Claire McGurk is an associate in the Belfast Corporate team.

Claire has acted on a wide range of transactions at a local, national and multi-jurisdictional level for businesses in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retail, textiles, sport, property development, healthcare and technology.

Claire specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, group reorganisations, share buybacks, shareholders agreements, charity incorporations, general corporate governance advice and company secretarial matters.

Tom specialises in complex tax planning, structuring groups of companies, international tax, enquiries, providing tax efficient succession and inheritance tax planning and deals with all aspects of income tax and capital gains tax.
